Casa litorânea tem décor leve e descontraído em Portugal
Imóvel de 100 m² foi construído em 1940 e ganhou clima relax após reforma
“The charming coastal city of Cascais, 30 km from Lisbon, Portugal, is the setting that surrounds this 100 m² home. The house has a light décor and mixes balance with dark and light tones.“ The owner wanted to transform the property into a haven special for its guests “, explains Teresa Pinheiro, responsible for the project. No wonder, the environments have a relaxed atmosphere and great comfort for moments of relaxation.
Built in the 1940s, the residence was very compartmentalized and had only one bathroom. The renovation put down walls, integrated the kitchen into social environments and made the plant more practical and functional. Inside, natural elements such as wood, bamboo and linen guarantee a welcoming feeling.”
